As a real estate broker with more than 15 years of full-time real estate experience, my expertise includes effective marketing and innovative strategies to capitalize on the opportunities the new real estate market provides. Personal Background
My husband (also in real estate) and I moved to Arizona from Oregon in 1994 and have three children; two of whom are in now in college. In addition to our real estate business, we are both professional musicians (I am a singer with 3 Grammy Awards and Richard is a published composer) and former teachers. My experience as a teacher has helped me to understand that buyers and sellers need someone who will listen and educate them as to the options so that they can make the most informed, best decision for them.

My goal as a real estate professional is to provide both buyers and sellers a smooth, enjoyable experience. Along with the New Village Team and Keller Williams, I am committed to helping sellers have a realistic sense of the market as to what buyers are willing to pay and the marketing process to capture those ready buyers. I am also experienced at positioning the property to create the most energy and exposure to the greatest number of buyers.  

For buyers, I excel at listening to their needs and learning what they require in a home buying experience. I then work to guide buyers through the buying process and educate clients on what to expect in the current market. Personal Background
My husband and I moved permanently to Arizona from Minnesota in early 2004. We have three sons and love what the Valley has to offer as a lifestyle! I acquired my real estate license in the summer of 2004, and since then have enjoyed working within our growing East Valley Community! I look forward to sharing my real estate knowledge with you!
